Romell Quioto    F    Houston Dynamo
Quioto could miss the next four MLS matches after leaving for international duty with Honduras, according to Corey Roepken of the Houston Chronicle.

Fantasy Analysis

Quioto had just returned from injury last week but will now miss more time after being called up to play with Honduras in the Gold Cup. His absence will cause a major change in the starting lineup, with his backup Alberth Elis also joining Honduras.
Alberth Elis    F    Houston Dynamo
Elis could miss the next four MLS matches, as he has left for international duty with Honduras, Corey Roepken of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Fantasy Analysis

Elis has been a key player in the Dynamo attack, with six goals and three assists this season.
Jordan Morris    F    Seattle Sounders FC
Morris could miss up to three MLS matches after he was named to the U.S. men's national team for the Gold Cup.

Fantasy Analysis

Morris' absence is certainly a blow to the Sounders' attack, and it could open up more playing time for Harry Shipp.
Juan Agudelo    F    New England Revolution
Agudelo could miss up to three MLS matches after being named to the U.S. team for the Gold Cup.

Fantasy Analysis

Agudelo's absence is a tough blow to the Revolution attack, as they'll have to rely even more on Kei Kamara.
Gyasi Zardes    F    Los Angeles Galaxy
Zardes could miss up to four MLS matches, as he is with the U.S. men's national team for the Gold Cup.

Fantasy Analysis

Zardes' absence will be lessened slightly by the return of Giovani Dos Santos from the Confederations Cup, but it's still a hole in the Galaxy attack. Jack McBean and Jack McInerney are likely to see an increase in playing time.
Kelyn Rowe    M    New England Revolution
Rowe could miss up to three MLS matches, as he is with the U.S. men's national team for the Gold Cup.

Fantasy Analysis

Rowe's absence hurts the Revs' attack, though he hasn't been nearly as effective this year as last, so his absence shouldn't affect too many fantasy managers.
Cristian Roldan    M    Seattle Sounders FC
Roldan could miss up to three MLS matches after he was named to the U.S. men's national team for the Gold Cup.

Fantasy Analysis

Roldan's absence is a very big blow to the Sounders' midfield, and it could move Gustav Svensson into more playing time.
Dax McCarty    M    Chicago Fire
McCarty could miss up to three MLS matches, as he is with the U.S. men's national team for the Gold Cup.

Fantasy Analysis

McCarty's absence is a tough blow to the Fire midfield, with Juninho likely getting the most benefit in terms of playing time.
Alejandro Bedoya    M    Philadelphia Union
Bedoya could miss up to five MLS matches after he was named to the U.S. men's national team for the Gold Cup.

Fantasy Analysis

Bedoya's absence is definitely a hit to the Union midfield, and his absence could allow for even more playing time for Derrick Jones and Warren Creavalle.
Kellyn Acosta    M    FC Dallas
Acosta could miss up to three MLS matches after he was named to the U.S. men's national team for the Gold Cup.

Fantasy Analysis

Acosta played very well during the United States' recent World Cup qualifiers, so it's unsurprising that he was called up again. His absence is certainly a hit to the Dallas midfield, though Mauro Diaz's return from injury helps lessen the blow.
Justin Morrow    D    Toronto FC
Morrow could miss up to four MLS matches after he was named to the U.S. men's national team for the Gold Cup.

Fantasy Analysis

Morrow's absence is likely to shuffle the Toronto back line a bit, with Jason Hernandez possibly getting more time at center-back.
Matt Hedges    D    FC Dallas
Hedges could miss up to three MLS matches after being named to the U.S. men's national team for the Gold Cup.

Fantasy Analysis

Hedges recently missed time for Dallas because he was on the U.S. team for World Cup qualifiers, and his additional absence will continue to put a strain on the depleted FCD back line.
Graham Zusi    M/D    Sporting Kansas City
Zusi could miss up to three MLS matches because he is with the U.S. men's national team for the Gold Cup.

Fantasy Analysis

Zusi's absence could allow Saad Abdul-Salaam to get more playing time.
Dom Dwyer    F    Sporting Kansas City
Dwyer could miss up to three matches for Sporting KC after being named to the U.S. men's national team for the Gold Cup.

Fantasy Analysis

Dwyer's absence is a tough hit to the SKC attack, and it could open up additional playing time for Latif Blessing.
Matt Besler    D    Sporting Kansas City
Besler could miss up to three games for Sporting KC, as he is with the U.S. men's national team for the Gold Cup.

Fantasy Analysis

Besler's absence is a tough hit to the SKC back line, and his absence could open up more playing time for Kevin Ellis.
Sean Johnson    G    New York City FC
Johnson will miss a number of matches for NYC FC, as he is with the U.S. men's national team for the Gold Cup.

Fantasy Analysis

Johnson's absence should allow Eirik Johansen to take over the starting job.
Bill Hamid    G    D.C. United
Hamid will miss a number of MLS matches, as he is with the U.S. men's national team for the Gold Cup.

Fantasy Analysis

Hamid's absence will allow Travis Worra to take over the starting job in D.C.
Brad Guzan    G    Atlanta United
Guzan will not join Atlanta United as soon as the transfer window opens on July 1, as he is away for the Gold Cup.

Fantasy Analysis

Alec Kann will continue to start for Atlanta, but Guzan is expected to take over the starting job soon after returning to the club.
Benny Feilhaber    M    Sporting Kansas City
Feilhaber left Saturday's match with an ankle injury, Sam McDowell of the Kansas City star reports.

Fantasy Analysis

Feilhaber has at times struggled to stay healthy and with what is being reported as a sprained ankle, he could miss next Saturday's match against Portland. Jimmy Medranda will likely replace Feilhaber as an attacking midfielder in the starting lineup.
Nick Lima    D    San Jose Earthquakes
Lima was sent off for a second yellow card in the 71st minute during Saturday's 2-1 win over Real Salt Lake.

Fantasy Analysis

Lima will miss the California Clasico, which means Kofi Sarkodie will likely man the right-back spot. It is not much of a drop off for the Earthquakes' defense, but the Galaxy will undoubtedly test the back line all game.
Fabinho    D    Philadelphia Union
Fabinho is out Saturday against D.C. with a wrist injury, according to Kevin Kinkead of the Philly Voice.

Fantasy Analysis

Fabinho was seen with his wrist wrapped in ice, and was not listed in the 18-man lineup Saturday. He is being replaced by Giliano Wijnaldum in the starting lineup, but it is possible that Fabinho returns for next Sunday's match against New England.
Lloyd Sam    M    D.C. United
Sam did not travel with match day squad for Saturday's match with Philadelphia due to a hamstring injury, Steven Goff of the Washington Post reports.

Fantasy Analysis

Sam's absence causes a big hole in United's lineup as he has scored three goals and provided two assists in 14 starts. Patrick Nyarko or Sebastien Le Toux could fill in for Sam during Saturday's match.
Florian Jungwirth    D    San Jose Earthquakes
Jungwirth is set to miss his second-straight match on Saturday against RSL due to an ankle injury, according to FOXSports.

Fantasy Analysis

The Earthquakes held strong without Jungwirth last match and could do the same against a weakened RSL attack. Victor Bernardez and Nick Lima will be top defensive options with a clean sheet possible yet again.
Mike Grella    F/M    New York Red Bulls
Grella (quadriceps) is not in the match day squad for Saturday's match with NYCFC.

Fantasy Analysis

Grella's absence is unlikely to hurt many fantasy owners as he has found consistent playing time difficult to come by. Bradley Wright-Phillips will lead the attacking line against NYCFC.
Maximiliano Moralez    F/M    New York City FC
Moralez (calf) is not in the match day squad for Saturday's match with the New York Red Bulls.

Fantasy Analysis

Moralez will have to wait until Thursday for his next opportunity to return. Tommy McNamara will get the start in Saturday's match.
Mohammed Saeid    M    Colorado Rapids
Saeid suffered a knee injury in Wednesday's match with Los Angeles and will miss Saturday's match with Atlanta.

Fantasy Analysis

Saeid's absence could make way for Alan Gordon, Dillon Serna, and Joshua Gatt in the starting XI.
Jorge Bava    G    Chicago Fire
Bava has elbow tendinitis and will miss Saturday's match with Orlando.

Fantasy Analysis

Bava was unlikely to feature with Matt Lampson holding down the starting goalkeeper position right now. Stefan Cleveland is likely to act as backup to Lampson in Saturday's match.
Daniel Steres    D    Los Angeles Galaxy
Steres will need to pass a late fitness test ahead of Saturday's match with Sporting KC, Adam Serrano of the club's official site reports.

Fantasy Analysis

Steres has been absent from the match day squad since late-May, but could return this weekend. His potential return would be a nice boost to the defensive ranks, which would likely give manager Curt Onalfo a selection headache. Jelle Van Damme will likely start if Steres is out.
Jermaine Jones    M    Los Angeles Galaxy
Jones (knee) has been ruled out of Saturday's match with Sporting KC, according to manager Curt Onalfo.

Fantasy Analysis

Jones was unexpected to play as he continues his rehabilitation from a MCL strain. A return to full training will be the best indication of his imminent return. Emmanuel Boateng will likely retain his spot in the starting XI while Jones is sidelined.
Fabian Herbers    F    Philadelphia Union
Herbers (groin) got more practice time in this week and is nearing a return, according to the Delaware County Times.

Fantasy Analysis

When he returns, Herbers will continue to fight for playing time with CJ Sapong up front. Due to Sapong's early success, Herbers was relegated to a bench role most recently and that will be the case for the time being. Sapong is in a great spot to add to his goal total against D.C. on Saturday.
Shkelzen Gashi    F    Colorado Rapids
Gashi (hamstring) didn't make Wednesday's match, but returned to training this week and could return against Atlanta on Saturday, according to David Schaut of Mile High Sports.

Fantasy Analysis

Even if Gashi is ready, he may not make the starting XI due to having a hamstring injury. Yet, with Kevin Doyle likely out (hand), Gashi may be moved into the starting lineup. If not, Dominique Badji and Alan Gordon should start in a tough spot on the road.
