Holiday's 27 points (9-17 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 7-8 FT), seven assists, and four rebounds wasn't enough to overpower Michigan on Saturday.

Despite a monster performance from Holiday and teammate Thomas Welsh, the Bruins fell short in overtime. Holiday is averaging 16.5 points, 5.5 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 2.1 steals in 35.4 minutes per game. He will likely continue on as one of UCLA's top scoring options alongside freshman Kris Wilkes.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Holiday and the Bruins will not play Wednesday against Montana, as the game has been cancelled due to wildfires in the Los Angeles area, Matt Norlander of CBS Sports reports.

Fantasy owners counting on a two-game week from Holiday and company get a tough break, though one can hardly fault the school for making the health and safety of the students and fans top priority. Holiday and the Bruins will now be well rested by the time they take the court against the Wolverines on Saturday in Ann Arbor.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Holiday had a team-high 18 points (7-12 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 2-3 FT), five assists, three steals, and two rebounds in 35 minutes, including the game-winning layup, during Tuesday's win over Wisconsin.

Holiday came up big against the Badgers to lay-in the final bucket at the buzzer before Ethan Happ could make a block. Holiday is averaging 17.0 points, 5.8 assists, 3.3 rebounds, and 2.3 steals per game in 2017-18 thus far.

November 21, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Holiday exploded for 25 points (8-17 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 7-8 FT), seven assists, two steals, and two rebounds in Monday's loss to Creighton.

Holiday has led his team in points in half of UCLA's games so far this season, with Monday's performance being his most impressive. Not only can Holiday score, he's also leading his team in assists so far on the year with 23 through the first four games. Holiday is an explosive player, and he will look to continue leading his team in scoring Tuesday night as the Bruins travel to Wisconsin.

November 16, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Holiday put up a team-high 24 points (5-15 FG, 4-9 3Pt, 10-12 FT) and added six rebounds, five assists, and five steals in a overtime win over Central Arkansas.

Holiday set a career high in free throw attempts and tied his career high with those five steals. It appears the junior will take on a bigger role for the Bruins, especially with the recent suspension of three players for shoplifting in China. The junior averaged over 10 points, four assists, and one steal in his two prior seasons. He also is a career 41 percent shooter from three-point range. Holiday will look for another big stat line against South Carolina State on Friday.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Holiday will return to UCLA for his junior season, Ben Bolch of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Holiday averaged 12.3 points, 4.4 assists and 2.9 rebounds across 26.4 minutes during his sophomore campaign and after getting feedback from NBA scouts, he's come to the conclusion that it's in his best interest to return to school for another year. With Lonzo Ball remaining in the draft, Holiday will be the favorite to take over starting point guard duties, but he could have to hold off incoming freshman Jaylen Hands, who was recently named a McDonald's All-American.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Holiday will enter the 2017 NBA Draft but not hire an agent, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.

Holiday is coming off a solid sophomore season with the Bruins where he averaged 12.3 points, 4.4 assists and 2.9 rebounds in 26.4 minutes per game, which is a decrease in minutes but an increase in production compared to his freshmen year. Holiday will now test the NBA waters as a result, but the most likely outcome for the sophomore is a return to UCLA where he can reassume his role as the team's primary point guard following the departure of Lonzo Ball.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Holiday scored 15 points (6-9 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 3-3 FT) with a season-high 11 assists during the win over Kent State on Friday in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.

Holiday had his first double-double of the season and bounced back after averaging 6.0 points and 2.5 assists in his previous two games. The Bruins will face a much different challenge in the second round against the tough Cincinnati Bearcats. Over his last five games, the sophomore averaged 10.4 points and 4.4 assists.
