RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Durant could miss the rest of the season with the knee injury he suffered in Week 7.

Head coach Dave Dickenson did not elaborate on Durant's status, but there is a chance he may not take the field again in 2017. The Stampeders changed their receiver alignment several times over the last few weeks, and Durant's setback will force them to do that once again.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Durant (knee) has been placed on the six-game injured list, Farhan Lalji of TSN reports.

Durant suffered a left knee injury during last week's game against the Argonauts, and he will be out several more weeks. The extent of the injury hasn't been disclosed, though it's seemingly causing him significant discomfort. Durant has played well so far this season, posting 22 receptions for 313 yards and two touchdowns. In his absence, Marken Michel could be in line for more targets.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Durant will not return to Thursday's game against the Argonauts due to what is possibly a left knee injury, Danny Austin of the Calgary Sun and Herald reports.

The exact nature of the injury has not been reported, though it's serious enough to hold him out of the remainder of Thursday's contest.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Durant totaled 61 yards and scored a touchdown on four receptions in Saturday's 27-10 win over the Riders.

Durant followed his six-catch, 126-yard effort in Week 2 with a pair of quiet outings, but he bounced back with a productive effort Saturday. The 24-year-old also hauled in his first touchdown since Week 1, a 19-yard strike from Bo Levi Mitchell late in the second quarter that extended the Stamps' lead to 16-0 at the time. Durant's target volume is sure to fluctuate week to week due to the fact that he shares the field with Marquay McDaniel, Kamar Jorden and DaVaris Daniels, but he's always a viable DFS punt option given the offense he plays in.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Durant totaled 126 yards on six receptions in Thursday's 43-39 win over the Redblacks.

Marquay McDaniel had spearheaded the Stamps' receiving corps in Week 1, but it was Durant who outpaced all of his fellow pass catchers in the rematch versus the Redblacks. The 24-year-old's reception and yardage totals were career highs, and it was also his first 100-yard game as a pro overall. Durant began showing flashes last season with 35 receptions for 402 yards and a touchdown in a complementary role, and Thursday's effort could be an indication that he's ready to take the next step in Calgary's prolific passing game. He'll look to continue climbing the ladder in Week 3 against the Blue Bombers.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Durant is listed as a starting wide receiver for Friday's season opener against the Redblacks.

Durant was a marginal contributor for the Stampeders last season, but for at least one week he has surpassed fellow wideout Anthony Parker on the depth chart. Durant did show a knack for the end zone during the postseason last year, tallying two receiving touchdowns and a rushing touchdown over two games.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Durant caught four passes for 59 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 39-33 loss to Ottawa in the 104th Grey Cup.

After scoring just one TD in 15 games during the regular season, Durant found the end zone three times in two games during the playoffs. The 24-year-old Canadian fills a key role on the Stamps' roster as a non-import player, but the team has too many options at receiver to think he'll be able to carry his postseason performance forward into 2017.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Durant caught two passes for 13 yards and a touchdown while also running in a three-yard score in Sunday's 42-15 win over the Lions in the Western Final.

He got into the end zone just once during the entire regular season, but Durant was the Stamps' secret weapon Sunday. Don't expect him to have a big role in the offense next weekend against Ottawa in the 104th Grey Cup, however.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Durant hauled in four passes for 74 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 36-34 victory over the Blue Bombers.

The 24-year-old had a key 22-yard reception with seconds remaining to set up a Rene Paredes game-winning field goal and stave off what had been a furious Blue Bombers comeback in the second half. Durant equaled his season high in receptions and set a new high-water mark in yardage, while also recording his first touchdown catch of the season.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Durant (ankle) will play in Friday's game against British Columbia, Scott Mitchell of the Calgary Sun reports.

Durant hasn't played since suffering a high ankle sprain back in June, but he'll be suited up and on the field this Friday. It's expected that he'll see a limited number of snaps as the team tries to ease him back into the swing of things.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Durant (ankle) could return to action for the Stampeders' Week 6 matchup with the Lions, Scott Mitchell of Postmedia reports.

Durant has been sidelined since injuring his ankle June 25, but he was reportedly close to playing in Week 5, and it sounds like he could be ready to get back on the field after a few more recovery days.

July 20, 2016

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Durant (ankle) will be sidelined for Thursday's game at Winnipeg.

An ankle injury has now kept Durant off the turf for consecutive weeks. In his lone game, Durant caught two passes totaling 56 yards. Although the past several weeks have been filled with inactivity, the 23-year-old could be ready to give it a go next week.

July 7, 2016

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Durant (ankle) is not listed on the depth chart for this week's game against the Redblacks.

Durant did not play last week, and he will miss his second game in a row in Week 3. He will have some extra time to recover before the Stampeders' next game with Calgary on bye in Week 4.

June 29, 2016

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Durant (ankle) did not practice Wednesday, Scott Mitchell of Postmedia reports.

Durant sat out the last two days of practice due to the ankle injury he suffered in Week 1, which leaves him unlikely to play in the Stampeders' Week 2 game Friday. If Durant is unable to take the field this week, Simon Charbonneau-Campeau could see a bigger role in his absence.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Durant (ankle) did not practice Tuesday, Scott Mitchell of Postmedia reports.

Durant suffered the ankle injury upon hauling in a third-quarter pass during Saturday's game against the Lions -- he had to be helped off the field and did not return. The Stampeders will host the Blue Bombers at McMahon Stadium this Friday, which doesn't give Durant a whole lot of time to recover before the Week 2 matchup. Juwan Brescacin could be pressed into action if Durant isn't ready to roll.

June 26, 2016

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Durant (ankle) hauled in two receptions for 56 yards in Saturday's 20-18 loss to the Lions, but came up limping on the latter catch and was forced to exit the game. He also totaled five yards on one rush.

Durant appeared to hurt his ankle after coming down with a 31-yard heave from Bo Levi Mitchell in the third quarter, and had to be helped off the field. The 2015 second-round pick is expected to flourish this season in a still-developing Stamps passing attack, after hauling in 12 receptions and three touchdowns over 13 games in his rookie campaign. The 23-year-old's health will be something to monitor in the coming days as Calgary gears up for a Week 2 matchup versus Winnipeg.
