RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

The Tiger-Cats extended the injured list stint for Toliver (knee) through Nov. 18.

Toliver has not officially been ruled out for the season, but the extension makes it unlikely he will play in any more regular season games this year. If he does not make it back onto the field in 2017 but completes his recovery during the offseason, he should play a key role for the Tiger-Cats next year after signing a two-year contract in February.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Toliver has missed six games since being injured in the Tiger-Cats' season opener, but he is not yet ready to return to action. It's not clear where he stands in the recovery from his knee injury, but he will not return until sometime in September at the earliest with Hamilton on bye in Week 10.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Toliver (knee) was placed on the six-game injured list Monday.

Toliver was originally reported to have suffered a torn ACL during the Tiger-Cats' season opener, but the injury may actually be less severe than expected. He will still miss at least several weeks, leaving Hamilton extremely thin at wide receiver moving forward.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Toliver has suffered a torn ACL in his right knee and will miss the remainder of the season, Drew Edwards of 3DownNation.com reports.

Toliver suffered the injury during Sunday's season opener against the Argonauts and is now slated to miss the entire 2017 campaign. It's a huge blow to the Tiger-Cats receiving corps, as Toliver opened the year as the team's top wideout after pulling in 65 receptions for 1,036 yards and nine touchdowns a season ago. With fellow wide receiver Andy Fantuz (knee) also out, the Tiger-Cats will be a bit short-handed moving forward, and could look toward Mike Jones or Felix Faubert-Lussier to fill in.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Toliver was forced from Sunday's game against the Argonauts with a right knee injury, Drew Edwards of the Hamilton Spectator reports.

Toliver was seen with his right knee wrapped in ice, but the exact severity of the injury remains unclear at this point in time. He'll finish Sunday's game on the sidelines and his status for next week's tilt with the Roughriders remains questionable. Additional updates should be provided once he's able to undergo more tests.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Toliver will start at wide receiver in Sunday's season opener against the Argonauts.

Toliver's standing on the depth chart hardly comes as a surprise, as he led the Tiger-Cats in receiving touchdowns last year and finished second in receiving yards. He will again be counted on as the top big-play threat in Hamilton's offensive attack.

February 10, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Toliver signed a two-year deal to remain with the Tiger-Cats.

In 2016, Toliver caught 65 passes for 1036 yards and nine touchdowns, with an average of 15.9 yards per catch.

October 29, 2016

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Toliver totaled 71 yards and a touchdown on seven catches in Friday's 29-26 loss to the Eskimos.

Toliver and QB Zach Collaros (concussion) had a chance to renew their highly effective connection with the latter's return to the field, and Toliver notably hauled in the signal-caller's only passing score of the game. After quiet back-to-back three-catch games in Weeks 13 and 15, the veteran wideout has 20 receptions for 256 yards and two touchdowns over the last three weeks.

October 22, 2016

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Toliver hauled in seven receptions for 89 yards in Friday's 39-36 overtime victory over the Redblacks.

Toliver couldn't find the end zone but was otherwise solid, checking in second on the Ti-Cats in receptions on the night. The 28-year-old has picked it back up over the last two games after a quiet two weeks prior to that, totaling 185 yards and a touchdown on 13 receptions in Weeks 17-18. He's set career highs in receptions (58), yards (965) and touchdowns (eight) in 2016.

October 15, 2016

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Toliver totaled 96 yards and a touchdown on six catches in Friday's 30-29 loss to the Redblacks.

Toliver crossed the goal line with a 33-yard grab that opened the scoring, making it his first score since Week 12. He'd capped off a five-game streak of notching at least one touchdown in that Sept. 11 contest, a stretch where Toliver had topped the 100-yard mark on three occasions and looked like one of the best receivers in the league. The 28-year-old had disappointed in the last two games, however, posting only 63 yards over that span. He'll look to replicate Friday's effort in a rematch against the Redblacks in Week 18.

October 2, 2016

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Toliver (undisclosed) totaled 33 yards on three catches in Saturday's 36-17 loss to the Stamps.

Toliver has been the star in past weeks this season, but the afternoon belonged to Andrew Fantuz, who tallied a career-high 15 receptions. After a stretch in which he posted three 100-yard efforts in a four-game span, Toliver has just six catches for 63 yards the last two weeks.

September 30, 2016

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Toliver (undisclosed) is listed as a starting wide receiver on the depth chart for Saturday's game against the Stampeders.

Toliver was a scratch in Week 14, but he was able to practice this week, and is set to return to action Saturday. Neither of the Tiger-Cats' top two receivers -- Luke Tasker and Chad Owens -- will play Saturday, so Toliver could see a few extra passes thrown his direction.

September 27, 2016

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Toliver (undisclosed) took the field for Tuesday's practice, 3DownNation reports.

Toliver was scratched from last week's lineup, but it appears he could be back on the field in Week 15. Toliver has seven touchdown this season for the Tiger-Cats and has found paydirt in all but three of the nine games he has suited up for.

September 12, 2016

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Toliver caught five passes for 111 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's loss to the Argos.

He's been all but unstoppable since Zach Collaros came back, pulling down 27 catches for 555 yards in five games while finding the end zone in every contest (scoring six TDs in total). Don't expect Toliver to slow down in the Ti-Cats' next game at home against the Alouettes on Friday.

September 6, 2016

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Toliver caught five passes for 64 yards and a touchdown in Monday's win over the Argos.

He's been on fire since Zach Collaros returned to action, catching 22 passes for 444 yards and five TDs in just four games. Collaros does a good job of spreading the wealth -- four different Ti-Cat receivers caught touchdowns Monday -- but Toliver figures to remain one of his primary options for the remainder of the year.

August 29, 2016

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Toliver was once again Zach Collaros' favorite target in Sunday's loss to the Stampeders, catching nine passes for 183 yards and two touchdowns.

He's now caught at least one TD in all three games since Collaros returned from his knee injury while averaging six catches for 125 yards over his last four games. Toliver got a late start to the season due to his own undisclosed injury but he seems poised to be one of the CFL's most productive wideouts in the second half.

August 21, 2016

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Toliver totaled 139 yards and a touchdown on five receptions in Saturday's 53-7 victory over the Roughriders.

The LSU product paced the Ti-Cats in both receptions (along with Luke Tasker) and yardage on the night, Toliver hauled in a 45-yard pass in addition to a nifty third-quarter touchdown where he eluded several defenders. The 28-year-old wideout has eight receptions for 197 yards and two scores since QB Zach Collaros' return to the lineup, and could be in line for more of the same going forward given the latter's outstanding performances over that span.

August 4, 2016

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Toliver totaled 120 yards on seven receptions in Wednesday's 37-11 loss to the Blue Bombers.

The 28-year-old was one of the few bright spots on a night where the Blue Bombers jumped all over the Ti-Cats early. Toliver was a frequent target of Jeremiah Masoli in what quickly became a pass-heavy gameplan, collecting his first 100-yard game of the season in the process. Now apparently fully healthy after an earlier undisclosed injury, the towering wideout figures to be a major component of the Ti-Cats' attack going forward, particularly with Zach Collaros (knee) returning in Week 8.

July 22, 2016

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Toliver is in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against the Eskimos, Drew Edwards of the Hamilton Spectator reports.

Toliver is set to return earlier than expected from an undisclosed injury, as initial reports suggested a mid-August return was more realistic. It's unlikely he'll be 100% at this point, so his production may dip Saturday.

July 19, 2016

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Tolvier (undisclosed) returned to practice on Tuesday, Drew Edwards of 3DownNation.com reports.

Toliver was placed on the 6-game injury list due to an undisclosed injury after the Tiger-Cats' season-opening win over Toronto. While it is a reassuring sign that the journeyman wide receiver is back at practice, he isn't likely to see game-action soon, as initial reports ruled him out until mid-August.

June 30, 2016

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Toliver was added to the six-game injured list with an undisclosed injury on Thursday.

Toliver, who started in Week 1's victory over the Argonauts, recorded only one reception for a measly five yards. The Tiger-Cats have yet to comment on the specifics of the injury, but will now look to Spencer Watt, Tiquan Underwood, and Giovanni Aprile to lead the charge in the passing game with Toliver out until at least mid-August.

June 24, 2016

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Toliver caught just one pass for five yards in Thursday's season-opening victory over the Argonauts.

The Tiger-Cats accumulated 318 yards through the air Thursday, but Toliver -- despite being listed as a starter -- was nearly shut out while four teammates had productive nights. Toliver, the team's top rookie a year ago, will look to get back on track in Week 2 against BC.
